Abstract：Superior ecological environment and abundant bamboo resources provide the Miao Ethnic Group with rich materials and great cultural platforms for bamboo weaving craftsmanship.The Miao people,with their hard-working spirits and wisdom,have created the handy bamboo woven food container and brought it to the Miao wedding ceremonies,which further enhances the cultural and artistic value of bamboo woven crafts.This paper explores the cultural significance and practical craftsmanship of the traditional handy food container made by Mayang Miao Ethnic Group,with the expectation to pass its cultural value and impacts.
