摘要 随着人们环保意识的不断增强,竹木类材质的勺子日益普及。但是,目前竹木勺子凹槽的打磨仍是依靠人工打磨,存在工作效率低、打磨不精确、产品尺寸不统一、无法工业化生产等问题,急需研制一种竹木勺类凹槽打磨的专用设备。文章详细介绍竹木勺类内弧可编程自动磨光机的研发背景、技术方案、工作原理、产品优势、产业化前景及经济社会效益,可为竹制日用品的机械化制造提供借鉴。

Abstract:With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, bamboo spoons made of bamboo and wood are more and more popular. However, at present, the bamboo and wood spoon groove still relies on manual grinding, which is challenged by the problems such as low efficiency, inaccurate grinding, inconsistent product size, unable to industrial production. In this sense, it is urgently needed to develop the equipment dedicated to the bamboo spoon groove. This paper introduces in detail the research and development background, technical scheme, working principle, product advantages, industrialization prospects and economic and social benefits of the programmable automatic polishing machine for bamboo spoon groove, which can provide references for the mechanized manufacturing of daily bamboo necessities.
