Abstract：The effects of different fertilization measures, including cavity-injection fertilization, soil fertilization and the combination of the first two, on the yield of Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis in natural forest and artificial forest were studied. The results showed that fertilization measures could effectively improve the yield index of bamboo forest stand, such as the number of shoots, new culms, percentage of new culms and the diameter of new bamboo, among which the combined fertilization measure (cavity-injection fertilization + soil fertilization) had the best effect, and the yield index was significantly higher than the other two measures.
