摘要 试验研究了竹叶酵素的制备过程及其对碱性化竹林土壤的改良效果。结果表明:竹叶酵素的酸度较高,固相部分pH值为3.77~4.95,液相部分pH值为3.45~4.03,并含有较为丰富的营养物质;碱性土壤施入酵素后,土壤pH值明显降低,土壤养分含量增加,土壤改良效果显著;竹叶酵素还具有延长竹叶绿期、促进竹株生长的作用。竹叶酵素是一种绿色、环保、低成本的土壤改良剂,可在生产中推广应用。

Abstract:The paper focused on the preparation of bamboo leaf enzyme and its use for improvement of alkaline soil planted with bamboo. The results showed that the pH value of the bamboo leaf enzyme, which contains rich nutrients, was relative low, while the pH value of the solid phase was 3.77-4.95, and the pH value of the liquid phase was 3.45-4.03. After application of the enzyme into the alkaline soil, the pH value of soil decreased significantly, the soil nutrient content increased, and the soil improvement effect was significant. Bamboo leaf enzyme also prolongs the green period of bamboo leaves and promotes the growth of bamboo plants. Bamboo leaf enzyme is a kind of environmentally friendly and low-cost soil improvement agent.
