毛竹种子不同处理方式育苗及造林效果分析

摘要 选择10年生毛竹母竹进行采种,采用3种浸种方式(清水浸种、高锰酸钾消毒浸种、7号生根粉溶液浸种)处理种子,对比分析不同处理方式的种子育苗效果及造林效果。结果表明:在3种毛竹种子处理方式中,无论是种子发芽率和幼苗的生长情况,还是造林后的林分生长情况,均是7号生根粉溶液处理的种子表现最好。与清水处理和高锰酸钾溶液处理的种子相比,生根粉溶液处理的种子发芽率分别提高15.25%、9.68%,苗木出土成活率分别提高21.79%、15.85%,苗高分别提高20.00%、11.11%,苗径分别提高22.45%、13.21%,出笋率分别提高33.33%、20.00%,苗竹冠分别增宽大30.77%、18.06%;在造林后的4年中,每年的出笋数分别提高43.39%和29.36%,新生竹数分别提高45.39%和33.69%,竹林平均高分别提高6.14%和5.22%,竹林平均胸径分别提高9.02%和8.13%。

Abstract:The 10-year-old mother bamboo of Phyllostachys pubescens were selected to collect seeds, and the seeds were impregnated with 3 liquids, i.e., water, potassium permanganate and No. 7 root powder solution, in order to compare and analyze the effect of seedling propagation and afforestation using the seeds treated by different ways. The results showed that the seeds impregnated with the No. 7 root powder solution outperformed the ones with the other two ways in terms of germination rate, seedling growth and stand growth. Compared with the seeds impregnated with water and potassium permanganate, the seeds with No. 7 root powder solution had their germination rate increased 15.25% and 9.68%, respectively; their survival rate increased by 21.79% and 15.85%; their seedlings were 20.00% and 11.11% higher; their seedling diameter 22.45% and 13.21% larger; the shooting rate up by 33.33% and 20.00%; and the seedling forest canopy 30.77% and 18.06% higher. In the 4th year after the afforestation, the bamboo shoots increased by 43.39% and 29.36%, respectively, the number of new bamboo culms by 45.39% and 33.69%, the average height of bamboo forest by 6.14% and 5.22%, and the average diameter to breast height (DBH) by 9.02% and 8.13%.
