Abstract:The larvae of Artona funeralis is one of the main defoliators of Phyllostachys nuda, which eat Ph. nuda leaves for living. In recent years, under the influence of unreasonable management and pest control, A. funeralis has become the main leaf eating pest. In order to practice the concept of green development, screen out the effective pesticide to control the defoliator, and explore the path of pollution-free control and treatment of A. funeralis, the study adopted in 2018 powder spraying technology to spray the 1.1% matrine powder, with the dosage at 22.5 kg/ha, and also the smoke spraying technology to apply 5% Eucalyptus oil fine solution, 1.2% Nicotine·Matrine Emulsion and Turquoise 1% Matrine, with the dosage at 750 mL/ha, for 3-age A. funeralis larvae control experiment in Sanming Suburb National Forest Farm, Fujian Province. The result showed that the control ratio of the pesticides was above 90% after 2 d, which indicated that all 4 kinds of tested agents had the effective insecticidal effect and could be used to control A. funeralis larvae when the pest erupts.
