Abstract：Dictyophora indusiata is common in the wild field of Zhuji forest area. The artificial imitation of the wild cultivation technique and management for D. indusiata had been firstly conducted in Zhuji city, where achieved the first artificial mass production of the finished product. The experimental results showed that D. indusiata could grow under moso bamboo stands and the flat dry land in Zhuji city. Under the condition of uniform production of matrix and unity of strains, the growth yield of D. indusiata under moso bamboo stands was generally better than that of flat dry land. The appropriate time for artificial field planting was in mid-march. In the dry and high temperature season, the irrigation form of spraying dropper and storage bucket was better than that of pumping pump and storage bucket as well as manual carrying water irrigation. The adequate supply of water and the necessary labor force are two important factors affecting the rate of return from D. indusiata. The cost of homemade drying equipment was 20% lower than that of purchase one.
