Abstract：Notobitus meleagris is the main threat to Dendrocalamopsis oldhami in its shooting period. In order to find the new way to prevent and control N. meleagris and develop a high efficient, economic, and environmentally friendly control measures, the paper studied control effects of 5 insecticide of plant origin on N. meleagris. The results showed that he prevention measures of environmental protection, from the side of pollution-free control N. meleagris, and analyses the influence of several kinds of botanical insecticides N. meleagris nymphae control effects, the results showed that 1. 3% matrine soluble liquid agent, 0.5% veratrine soluble liquid agent, 4% of rotenone oil and 1.2% nicotinamide and 1% matrineec could be mixed and sprayed on N. meleagris nymphs with atomizing sprayer. The pharmaceutical technical dosage was 1 200 mL/hm2, and the control effect 3 d later after the spray could be above 90%, which can achieve effective control. The 5 insecticides could be used for pollution-free control of N. meleagris nymphs, and the test results would be the references for N. meleagris nymphs prevention and control in production.
