Abstract:In recent years, Allobremeria plurilineata has become the major pest threatening the leaves of moso due to the unreasonable preventive measures. In order to explore the effective pollution-free ways to control the population growth of A. plurilineata, experiments were conducted to analyze the control effect of 6 kinds of botanical insecticides with different concentrations on A. plurilineata, including 0.5% resveratrol alkali soluble liquid, 1% Celangulins hormone solution and 4% rotenone EC, 1.5% matrine solution, 1.2% nicotine and matrine solution, and 1.1% matrine powder dosage. The first 5 insecticides were applied by using smoke spray technology while the last one was applied by using powder spay technology. The results showed that in the third day after application, the control effect 6 kinds of chemicals were above 90%. The insecticides of 0.5% resveratrol alkali soluble liquid, 1% Celangulins solution, and 4% rotenone EC could achieve the best effect with the applied amount at 1200ml/ha, and the best concentration was 1:40 between TC and No. 0 diesel oil, those of 1.5% matrine solution, and 1.2% nicotine and matrine solution had the best concentration at 1:9 between technical materials and No. 0 diesel oil and the optimal dosage at 800 mL/ha, that of 1.1% matrine powder had the best dosage at 22.5 kg/ha. The above 6 botanical insecticides could be used for pharmaceutical pollution prevention and control of A. plurilineata, which could be applied during the larval stage of A. plurilineata.
