Effect of Environmental Factors in Understory Dendrocalamus latiflorus on the Yield of Imitative Wild Cultured Bamboo Fungus

Abstract：This paper analyzed the yield of 4 varieties of bamboo fungus under the brands of XingNong and JingPing, which were imitated wild cultured under Dendrocalamus latiflorus. The results indicated that there is no significant difference between XingNong D89 and JingPing D89, and between XingNong D1 and JingPing D1, while the yield of XingNong D89 and JingPing D89is significantly higher than that of XingNong D1. The temperature, humidity, light and relevant environmental factors have certain impacts on the yield, and the canopy density of D. latiflorus is 0.7, the yield of bamboo fungus is higher than those with the canopy density at 0.9 and 0.5, which showed that strong light and weak light inhibit the yield of bamboo fungus. The optimum temperature is 23℃ to 29℃ for the growth of bamboo fungus, while the yield of bamboo fungus show a significant reduction when the temperature is lower than 22℃ or above 30℃. The optimum humidity for the bamboo fungus growth is 65%~80% at the understory D. latiflorus, and higher or lower humidity has a negative effect on its yield.
