摘要越南是"一带一路"林业合作的重要国家，在东盟地区的竹产业发展中具有重要地位和影响。文章基于考察调研、双方互访和政策对话，系统梳理了越南竹产业发展的政策和法规，分析了越南竹产业的科研现状和技术需求。在中越双方的共同努力下，确定了中越竹业科技合作的优先领域和合作机制，为下一步的合作指明了方向。

Abstract：Vietnam is an important country for the "Belt and Road" forestry cooperation, and also occupies a significant position and has a strong influence in the bamboo industry development in the ASEAN. Based on the field investigations, bilateral visits and policy dialogues, this paper systematically summarizes the polices and regulations on bamboo industry development, and analyzes the current status and cooperation needs for bamboo industry technology in Vietnam. China and Vietnam take the efforts to specify the priority areas and mechanism in Sino-Vietnam cooperation in bamboo industry technology, which points out the direction of the future bilateral cooperation.
